The method of preparing Chlorate solution by electrolysis is to directly electrolyze low-concentration brine or seawater. The electrolysis reaction process mainly occurs in the Chlorate Electrolyzer.

The method of preparing Chlorate solution by electrolysis is to directly electrolyze low-concentration brine or seawater. The electrolysis reaction process mainly occurs in the Chlorate Electrolyzer. The cost of different concentrations and different electrolysis times are different. The following is an exchange on the cost of preparing 1KG of effective chlorine, for reference only:

Chlorate Electrolyzer

Power consumption: The general power consumption for preparing 1KG of available chlorine is ≤3.5KW, calculated at 0.5 yuan per kilowatt-hour, 0.5×3.5=1.75 yuan.

Salt consumption: The salt consumption for preparing 1KG of effective chlorine is less than or equal to 3KG, calculated at about 500 yuan/ton for industrial salt, and the salt consumption cost is 1.5 yuan.

Chlorate Electrolyzer generates 1KG effective chlorine salt consumption and electricity consumption cost = 1.75 + 1.5 = 3.25 yuan

Other costs: Chlorate Electrolyzer's maintenance costs during the warranty period are mainly plate pickling maintenance costs. Only a small amount of diluted hydrochloric acid is needed, and the cost is relatively low.

For the disinfection of the disinfectant produced by Chlorate Electrolyzer, the operating cost is mainly one-time equipment investment. This on-site preparation method can maintain the fresh activity of the solution. Safe production also eliminates the complicated procedures, procedures and costs of purchasing, transporting and storing chemical gases and chemicals.
