1. Maintain an appropriately high aluminum level

The weekly molecular ratio analysis, cell temperature measurement and furnace conditions determine the amount of AlF3 addition in a single cell.

Too much effect or too long effect time will have a destructive effect on the furnace side. Severe burning of the furnace side will cause the side carbon block to leak and generate a horizontal current, which will cause the electrolytic cell to vibrate violently. Therefore, the controllable rate of the effect must be improved. Of course, the controllable degree of the effect is a comprehensive reflection of all the technical conditions of the electrolytic cell. Only by carefully analyzing each technical condition of each cell in daily work and matching it reasonably can it achieve better, so it must be treated abnormally.

4. Pay attention to small pendulums and prevent big pendulums
A small pendulum is a precursor to a big pendulum. Once there is a small swing in the tank, you should not ignore it. You should sit down and analyze the maintenance of the tank's technical conditions, find the possible factors that cause the tank to vibrate, and make adjustments in time to avoid greater fluctuations.

5. Improve the quality of pole-changing operations
The pole-changing operation process has the greatest impact on the electrolytic cell, which is the focus of on-site production management in the workshop. The operation process should be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the installation accuracy of the new pole when changing the pole, and as far as possible to make the new pole to be replaced with the bottom palm plane of the other anode when the full current is passed. In addition to hooking up the blocks that fall into the trough during the hook block operation, the sediment on and near the extended legs should also be cleaned to prevent the extended legs from growing.
